Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

This is an AI image generation service. You enter a text prompt, or upload reference images and describe a new scene, and we generate images using third-party AI models. Outputs are produced automatically and may not match your description, and may contain errors, garbled text, or inaccurate details. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security issue.

Credits and Payment

• Generating images uses credits at the rate shown at the time of generation. New users may receive free trial credits, which have no cash value.
• If a generation fails, the credits deducted for it are refunded automatically.
• Credits used for successfully generated images are not refundable, except where required by law. Being unhappy with a result does not make a generation a failure.
• Purchased credits, plans, and subscriptions are billed and take effect as described on the purchase page. Refunds are given only where required by law or expressly allowed by our refund rules.

Content Rules

You are responsible for your prompts, your uploads, and how you use generated images. You must not use the service to create, upload, or share:

• Content that violates applicable law or endangers national security or the public interest.
• Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or reputation, or images you have no right to use.
• Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or obscene content.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, violence, or hatred.
• Deepfakes of real people made without their consent, or content that impersonates a person, organization, or authority.
• False information intended to defraud or mislead the public.

You also must not try to bypass safety measures, scrape the service in bulk without permission, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it.

Moderation and Enforcement

Where Chinese law applies, we operate in line with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services and related regulations. We may review prompts, uploads, and outputs by automated and human means. If content breaks the law or these terms, we may refuse to generate it, remove it, limit features, suspend or close the account, keep records, and report to the authorities as required.

Your Content and License to Us

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. To run the service, you grant us permission to store and process them as needed and to send them to third-party AI model providers to generate your images. You confirm you have the rights or permissions needed for any image you upload.

Using Generated Images

• As between you and us, we claim no ownership of the images you generate. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use them, including for commercial purposes.
• The law on rights in AI-generated content is still developing. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights, and other users may receive similar outputs.
• Before using an image, check that it does not use someone else's trademark, copyrighted work, or likeness, and follow the rules of the platform where you publish it.

Labeling AI-Generated Content

Under the Measures for Labeling Artificial Intelligence-Generated and Synthetic Content, we may add implicit labels, or explicit labels where required, to generated images. You must not remove, alter, forge, or hide these labels. When you publish AI-generated images, disclose and label them as AI-generated as the law and platform rules require, and do not use them to mislead others.

Intellectual Property

The service and its software, interface, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. You are responsible for third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or the law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time in your account settings; once closed, your images and unused credits cannot be restored, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
