This is an AI image generation service: you enter a text prompt, optionally upload reference images, and we generate images for you. Information We Collect

1. Account Information — The name and email address you provide when you sign up, and basic profile details you authorize when signing in with a third-party account.
2. Prompts and Reference Images — The text prompts you enter and the reference images you upload for image to image. Please don't include sensitive personal data, such as ID numbers or contact details, in prompts or images, and don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
3. Generated Content — The images generated for you and their settings, such as aspect ratio, image type, style, and time of creation.
4. Credit and Transaction Records — Credits granted, used, and refunded, and your order history.
5. Usage and Device Data — Features used, access times, logs, device type, operating system, and browser type, used to keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve your experience.
6. Cookies — Used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language.
7. Payment Information — Handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Generate images from your prompts and reference images, and save, display, and offer them for download in My images.
• Calculate and deduct credits, refund credits automatically when a generation fails, and process orders and support requests.
• Review content for safety and legal compliance, and act on prompts, uploads, and outputs that break the law or our terms.
• Keep accounts and the service secure, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and complaints, and send necessary service notices.
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, prompts, uploads, or generated images.

AI Model Providers and Data Sharing

To generate images, your prompts and reference images are sent to the third-party AI model providers we work with for processing. Uploaded reference images are stored with our cloud storage provider and made available to the model provider by link. Beyond that, we share data only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, storage, payment, and email providers. We require them to process data only to provide their services and to keep it confidential.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.

Content Safety and Compliance

Where Chinese law applies, we operate in line with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services and related regulations. We may review prompts, uploads, and outputs by automated and human means and keep records as the law requires. If we find unlawful content, we may stop the generation, remove content, restrict or close accounts, and report to the authorities where required.

Under the Measures for Labeling Artificial Intelligence-Generated and Synthetic Content, we may add implicit labels to generated images, such as file metadata, and explicit labels where required.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Your prompts, reference images, and generated images stay in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• After you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize the related data within a reasonable period. Copies in backups are cleared as the backups rotate.
• Information we are legally required to keep, such as logs, transaction records, and content-safety records, is kept for the required period and then deleted.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information. If a personal data security incident occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, copy, and delete your personal information, delete your generated images, withdraw consent, and close your account. You can do this in your account settings or by contacting us at the address below, and we will respond within the period the law requires.

Minors

The service is intended mainly for adults. Minors should use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without a guardian's consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
